My name is Stephanie and I created this blog because as far back as I can remember, I’ve been passionate & fascinated about health, wellness, fitness & nutrition. I grew up on a 2,500 acre cattle & horse ranch on California’s San Joaquin River. Our family always had fresh fruits & vegetables from the garden and orchard trees behind our home. We also had lot’s of wildlife, coyotes, raccoon, beavers, owls, etc in addition to our precious ranch cats. Out of this I’ve always enjoyed a self educated passion for animals, people, nature & the earth.
Currently I live in Apopka, FL with my fiance’ Roy and our cats. We love cooking, entertaining, and are also passionate about helping people create freedom, prosperity, enjoy life through finding their purpose; their own special gifts they have to share with the world, and how to make a difference by lifting up others.
I decided to begin this blog as a way of sharing our passion for food, fitness & fun, while getting reconnected with who I am, after moving from the state of Virginia a few months ago, and getting way off-balance during the transition. We’ve been living in a temporary ‘vacation-villa’ on a golf course and living with just what we brought in our cars, while storing all of our precious possessions back in Virginia while we search for a new home. I’m excited to report we just found one, and will be moving into our new diggs around the 8th of June.
My goal is to share my journey, the things I find, ideas, tips, recipes and favorite foods, & products that support my passion for wellness, food & fitness.
